This is a DIY customizable LadyBird Birth Record pattern. Complete instructions to customize the pattern yourself are provided.
Alphabet sets in 2 sizes and Number sets in 2 sizes are provided to help you customize the pattern.

Though it is marked Intermediate because of its size, its a fairly simple pattern to make. Only full cross stitches are used.
I hope you will enjoy making the pattern as much as I did designing it.
